So I was finally able to boot into windows and all with my reapers.
__________________They are 2x2 GB PC2-8500. Biggest problem was that to boot, the NB voltage had to be 1.57 or 1.61 to get it to boot. This was way too high so I dropped it back down to 1.45. Currently I am running prime95 small FFTs with my E8500 at 4 GHz. I dropped the strapping of my ram to 333/800 and am only booting with the ram at 1012. Ideally I want to stay with the strapping I have and just run the processor at 4.2 with Ram at 1066 (this would be a frequency of 444x9.5 = 4.2). This leaves my strapping at 333/800 but with the FSB set at 444, this allows my ram to hit 1066. So it will post, just won't boot into windows. Any ideas on what I should change, or should I just actively cool my Northbridge somehow and crank my NB voltage to 1.6?

Hmm, well I did the performance calculator and I'm running the right performance. I will try again though.

Ehh, well at 4.1 I think I'm doing just fine.
