Default Quick Inquiry of DDR2 Mem

Given that all other factors are equal...which is quicker/more responsive:
DDR2-800 at 4-4-4-12
or
DDR2-1066 at 5-5-5-15?

Please provide proof.

The 1066. Usually faster ram is better than tighter timings.
