Never OC'd memory, its Corsair XMS3 1600 DHX cas7 (2x2Gb) and is rated 1.9v. Before I start turning it up to raise my FSB over 400 and stay on the 2:1 divider, how high would be considered safe?

Those should be 1.8V stock. The general rule I've heard is to stick to 1.9-1.95V unless you have active cooling and even then I wouldn't go much higher (2.1V is absolute max).

Yeah, I thought they were 1.7v - but the sticker on the mem is 1.9v and they won't do cas7 1600 without it. Got them at 1.95v at the moment - think I'll leave it there.
