Actually, the Kingston HyperX are not the best you can get. I think that even though Newegg reviews aren't the best way to judge a product, let's look at the negative trend that it has already just after 5 reviews.

Admittingly the fist set I had did suck and only clocked at 1111mhz, I RMA'd them to Kingston and the two sets they sent back are incredible. In the BIOS I set the voltage to 2.38 and the voltage shows as 2.372 and I can reach 1300mhz, but not at all stable. It will load to Windows splash screen and reboot. I have had them running at 1250, in windows but again not totally stable. 1200mhz is no sweat for the ones I have, reached it at stock volts like I said before, and they are completely stable.
I have primed my system for 13 hours using Blend, at 500mhz FSB, 3.5Ghz, and 1200mhz. I personally love the RAM but I did get a crappy first set from Newegg. I am thinking that Newegg may have some bad batches.

Okay, I really want the OCZ FLEX II modules, but the egg doesn't have them, and it looks like amazon is OOS. Is this a legitimate site?

Please link to these confirmed results. Unless they switched ICs, they are PSC, which cannot do DDR2-1200 short of extremely lucky miracles, none of which are remotely stable.

I had those very same OCZ flex II's I am waiting for an RMA return... They got fried along with my old mobo, CPU, and crappy psu (the culprit). They have watercooling channels built in. They were the bomb baby! There wasn't an overclock they couldn't handle... The mobo fried before I could push them passed 1250!
__________________Worth mentioning that they seem to be the same chips as the reapers but with the different "flex" heatsink. I never did watercool them they just looked awesome so i bought them. They are definitely PC Hardware pornstars.
