800mhz ram really won't hold you back much (if at all). You can get the q6600 to 3.6ghz with the ram at stock speeds (1:1 ratio).

Both of my Pi 1066 kits Oced very well. One set OCed to 1104 and the other did 1120. But the 1100 sets I just got runs 1165. For $79, you cant beat that.
