Do you have a link to the exact set? There are many different sets of OCZ 2x2GB. Without knowing which exact set it is, it's hard to recommend settings.

Ok, if you haven't set the memory voltage to 2.1v yet then make sure it's set properly. Once you have done that, set the memory timings to 5-5-5-18 (lower is better).

No worries with heat, this ram is designed to be run at 2.1v. It will be quite unstable at 1.8v.

That RAM, as specified, should run timings of 5-5-5-18 at 800MHz.
OCZ specifies on their product page for this RAM that the voltage should be 1.8V. I've also seen the specified voltage value of this RAM on other websites as being 1.9V and 2.0V. OCZ will warrant this RAM even when ran at up to 2.1V. If it runs stable for you at 800MHz 5-5-5-18 @ 1.8-2.0V....try increasing the voltage to 2.1V and running 5-5-5-15 timings. If that works, try 4-4-4-12. If you are trying to overclock the RAM frequency also, you need to let us know the settings you have tried.

Quote:
With 5-5-5-18 at 2.1v, you might be able to get 1000mhz or more from the memory. Or you can tighten down the timings at 800mhz to for example 4-5-4-15.
