Hi guys!
As You know I have a problem with my memory. I can't run them at 1600MHz ar 1866MHz. I tried everything. So... I've tested them today, every stick, one by one and here are the results of trying to run them at 1866MHz. 1st stick: freeze when windows 7 logo appears when system is booting 2nd stick: freeze after windows 7 logo disappear 3rd stick: freeze after windows 7 logo disappear, or freeze in windows after few seconds So do You think my RAM is broken? Every stick? Should I RMA it? Or maybe it's my mobo? But I doubt it's my mobo because I got it three days ago from RMA. I got this RAM problem for about a month...

OMG I don't care about voltage and timigs. Every timings I set don't want to work. I want to know if RAM is broken or not. 9-9-9-28 1.65v

OP, what QPI voltages are you running? When I run my DDR3 2000 kit above 1700, I have to give the QPI considerably more voltage.

Ehhh... You don't understand. I visited 13 forums, and everyone gives me advice just like Yours, QPI, vRam etc. Nothing works! Don't You understand? I don't need another advices that will not work, because I tested every possible timing, voltages etc. I just want to know if they're broken. But if You want voltages so here. I am not noob in OC, so you don't have to explain me how to do this, I just want to know if they're broken.
QPI from +0.150v to +0.250v vRam from 1.6 to 1.65v CPU 0.80v 4.05GHz CPU PLL from 1.80v to 1.88v ICH 1.150 to 1.200v IOH 1.50 9-9-9-28 2T 1866MHz/1600MHz

My memory http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...triple_channel
I didn't run any tests at 1600MHz because PC freeze after few minutes after booting. At 1866MHz it doesn't even want to boot in to winodws. I've run memtest for my RAM set at 1200MHz 6-6-6-15 1.6v and didn't get any errors for 20 minutes. At 1200MHz it's fully stable, never got any bsod or something. At 1600MHz 7-7-7-21/8-8-8-21/24 or 9-9-9-24/9-9-9-28 1.65v QPI +0.150v to +0.250v everytime I tried to play any game I got freeze or restart, or PC just freeze after few seconds after windows booted. At 1866MHz 9-9-9-28 1.65v it doesn't want to boot in to windows... So 1200MHz 6-6-6-15 1T 1.6v works perfect 1600MHz 7-7-7-21/8-8-8-21 or 24/9-9-9-28 2T freeze after few seconds, sometimes minutes, Memory Ratio 4, Uncore 8 CPU 200 x20, 19x 211 1866MHz 9-9-9-28 1.65v QPI +0.150 to +0.250v, ICH +1.200v IOH +1.50v freeze when windows logo appears

It looks like you have done all the testing. What I would recommend is to check that you have the latest MB bios (bios releases can add memory stability and support). I would then contact OCZ and give them your motherboard info, then let them know what isnt working with the ram, and the settings you have tried. OCZ will get back to you fairly quickly. I had to contact them when I couldnt get their DDR3 ram to run in a Maximus Extreme motherboard at their rated speeds.
If you still dont get any results, try RMA. Sorry I couldnt be more help, but you have already tried everything else.

I got 1.9 bios, so i got the newest. I contacted OCZ and they said it's mobo fault because it's not supported RAm at 1866MHz. But they are idiots, i can't even run my RAM at 1600MHz or 1500MHz :/ I just contacted my vendor and asked them if they will replace my RAm with other one, because i don't want to wait another 2 weeks :/ i just get back my mobo from RMA o.O
