Default Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Best Speed Memory for OC?

Please EP45-UD3P owners/experts only...

I am looking for ways to increase OC on this board (if possible), see my specs below. I am currently running 4GB of 800MHz OCZ Reaper on Win7 Ultimate 32 bit and am considering the move to 64 bit Win7. With that said I know I can go to 16GB total if I move to 64 bit OS.

Due to budget constraints Im lilmited to 4GB purchase... so 2x2GB of ??? I can reliably run at 3.6GHz on my Q9550, but I have backed it down to 3.4GHz to increase reliability. Would a faster speed memory stick get me more OC?What memory would be best... 1366, 1066, or?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
