Cool Ram Timing recommendations needed

I have 2 gigs of qimonda ddr2 pc2-5300 667mhZ ram on my pc. I'd like to know what would be suggested overclock settings for it. I'm running everything in a dell xps710 tower with the dell supplied fans and heatsinks etc if that means anything at all. I'm a total noob to the overclocking world and am looking to get the most out of what i currently have! Any help would be great, thanks!

First find the default settings for everything, then I would set timings to 5-5-5-15 and raise your clocks 5-10mhz at a time and test with memtest and orthos. If it is stable raise it some more and so on. Keep voltage below 2.1-2.15v 24/7 and get active cooling to keep them happy and alive for as long as possible. You can change your RAM divider to change speeds but might have to OC the FSB/CPU to fine tune it for max clocks.
