Default DIMM vs DIMM VTT

Can anyone explain what the difference is between the two voltages being reported by Everest i.e. DIMM and DIMM VTT?

VTT is the termination voltage and it should almost always be half of vDIMM.

So when G-Skill state that max voltage is 2.1v I should be reading Everest vDimm as the memory voltage? What is the purpose of VTT?
