Default Nanya Technology RAM?

I have a friend here at my house tonight and he's got himself a Dell XPS600 (yea we all know, dell) and I checked out his ram, Nanya Technology they call it. Anybody have any background info on this RAM? It's DDR2, 2gb, PC5300. Help would be much appreciated to determine what this is.
