Default Help me decide on a motherboard

I'm currently trying to purchase a motherboard that goes with the processor
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300(1.86GHz)

I was wondering if someone can find me the BEST and most STABLE motherboard with the LOWEST price as possible. I think someone has researched on that already. I am in no need of overclocking needs. Just stability and will work without much technical problems like burning, or explosions.

Thanks in advance.

More perferences, Non MICRO ATX boards. I kind of need -VM Video and Multimedia, but if not able, recommend me a video card too. The person isn't much of a gamer, but needs multitask, and medium intensity of game. Budget is around ~150$

With onboard video, and ATX format:

GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel G965 Express $144.99

If dedicated card, the Biostar I listed before will do fine for $82.99 and then something like this ASUS EAX1300PRO/TD/256M Radeon X1300PRO 256MB GDDR2 as video card for $68.99

Will a 350 Watt PSU support the processor and mother board with a 320GB HD SATA? Also 1 CD/DVD Rom.
