hey im sure everyone knows all about this but i had no clue since ive been away from intel for awhile and i ran across this post in another forum that seems to have some good info so i was thinking you guys could take a look and use it for your oc's and maybe discredit it if its totally bunk

We've come to a conclusion that the strap doesn't make any difference at all.
