Go for the stiker extreme that thing was amazing for its day. Better yet, go for a P45 board. Mine was 120 and you can one almost as good for about 100.

Yes, Micro-atx boards can have normal graphics cards. The dimensions are usually smaller in the "height" of the motherboard (in a normal alignment) - so it affects the number of slots (PCI, PCI-e, etc.), but not the size. You can tell what kind of board you have just by looking at it though.
Micro

Atx

Notice 4 expansion slots on the micro-atx and seven on the atx.

Ok i have several questions.
1. I can see S is PCI, and T and R are PCI-e, but what's Q?
2. When you say height, does that mean i would need more space where my PSU is now in case I upgrade to a ATX mobo?
3. Are there any limitations in terms of overclocking or component compatibility with Micro-atx.
4. Can you recommend a guide/web page/forum post on what it's like to replace a mobo (with pictures preferably).
Edit: 5. I can't place a AMD CPU on a intel mobo or vice versa right?

Hi David

1. 'Q' are PCI-e x1 slots. Its used for sound cards, network cards and some gfx cards as well as more.
2. Yes the height refers to how tall it is when it is standing in the case. Most cases will accept most ATX boards. E-ATX (extended ATX) are the biggest and sometimes have dual cpu slots. Unless you have a tiny case you should be ok with ATX mobo.
3. Depends on a lot of factors, chipset, cooling, component quality etc. Probably not designed to be OCed like most ATX boards as they are mainly for compact light usage.
4. Hope this helps - http://pcworld.about.com/magazine/2010p166id103811.htm
5. Has been done before - PF88 Extreme Hybrid but is not the norm so choose the one that suits your need best.
