The only thing I can think of is to either try the motherboard with a different PSU, or try the PSU with a different motherboard. If you do that and post your findings I'll hopefully be able to help more.
EDIT: The IP35 Pro manual has two post-code listings, one for AC2005 codes and one for Award codes. The AC2005 code is for "Enable ATX power supply." The Award post code however shows the following: "1. Call chipset power management hook 2. Recover the text font used by EPA logo (not for full screen logo) 3. If password is set, ask for password" If you set a password, this is probably where you enter it. Otherwise, try clearing the CMOS and see if that helps. The board might be getting caught up on the password, or perhaps doing something with the full screen logo.

greetings. kinda new here and really havent dove into overclocking much on this current build. bought it in 2007 with the plan of overclocking in time. it's been so good though I havent needed to.
__________________now.. I kinda want to. good to see so much info on this mobo available. so far I've done a very minor overclock. I tried to go to a fsb of 333mhz with the 9 multiplier but it was unstable after a few minutes in windows (no voltage changes) so currently I've done 333mhz with an 8 multiplier (again no voltage changes) and it's been stable so far (2+ days, 30 minutes on orthos and 15 or so minutes on prime95.. I'm still learning) With prime95 pegging the cpu @ 100% my temps were just shy of 60c. Lots to learn so I'm sure I'll be back here.. thanks for sharing such great info and results and putting up such a good thread.

You will have noticed that this thread has been slowly dying and thats because us tech-heads cant resist upgrading our stuff, i still have my iP35 XE in a cupboard coz i cant bear to part with it. Was gonna stick it on ebay but id much rather do a build for friends & family with it, just waiting for the nod. I only noticed your post because i am still subscribed to this thread so i`ll keep my eye on it and help you if i can, good luck with your clocking...
