What is the max. safe temperature for the SPP? There isn't that much difference between those 2 (only 3°C) @ 3510 (9x390MHz) and mem @ 866.7, SPP is max 60°C @ 1.4v @ 3480 (8x435MHz) and mem @ 870, SPP is max 63°C @1.55v As for the benchmarks: @ 3510: No increase to CPU score (Zlib score 0.002% more than @ 3480) @ 3480: Enormous increase in memory score (+12% compared to 3510 , and synching memory to a 1:1 ratio @ 3510 will increase read performance, but decrease write and copy performance, as the latency stays just about the same )@ 3510: I have to increase the vCore to 1.525 to get it stable compared to the 1.49375 I use @ 3480 (This increases the temperature of the CPU with 5°C idle and 10°C in full load) @ 3480: I have to increase vFSB to 1.5v compared to 1.4v @ 3510 So the higher bus speed is faster in overall performance, and the biggest difference is only noticeable in the RAM.

I can't OC any further (neither CPU or GPU). Could my PSU be the cause (bottleneck) of this? As it might not have more power to supply all the parts. I am not sure, but just asking...

OMG Kudos to everyone in this thread. I just flashed to P33 and could not for the life of me get my OC back at 3.2. It would either blue screen or not post. I did some searching, found this thread, and now I'm running OCCT with a 3.5GHz OC. 10 mins in and so far so good. Seems the new bios put a big ole black memory hole on my old OC. But it's looking like it was for the better. Thanks a lot!
