I have the LT board, NF67. I recently flashed to the new 45nm bios. With a new HD and fresh install of xp pro sp2, I can easily OC to 3.0ghz (375x8) with the 6420 with 1.3375 vcore in bios, and go orthos stable forever but for some reason I have been experiencing blue screen crashes when playing a game online. I can play crysis 1-player np but after about 30 min or so playing power struggle I got a blue screen with and error message that disappeared quickly and my system rebooted.

All the stuff you recommended is disabled in bios, 1.4v MCP & FSB, 2.1V on ram, linked/synched 1:1.

After reading this this thread I just realized that I did flash my bios OC'd. I was wondering why my current vaules on FSB & memory config were the same as my OC. I did clear CMOS and take the battery out after shutting down post flash.

I can hit 3.0 or 3.2 and be orthos stable but get crashes in online games.

^ I would try re-flashing with the latest BIOS. Make sure you "Load Defaults" in your BIOS this time, then reboot and flash.

I would say you are not leaving enough lead on the resistor. So try some more.

I would recommend setting the ram voltage to 2.0v. it will keep your ram from crashing your system. They might be stable at 1.85v, but not as likely as if they where run at the rated speed. 1.85v is just the board's default set ram voltage.

I am having trouble with my overclock. I have the XFX 680i LT flashed to full 680i P32 bios and I cannot get a stable OC. One thing I think it might be is my ram. I am using the ram from my previous board, GA-P35-DS3L, which is DDR2 1066 and the XFX board calls for DDR2 800. Could this be holding me back? I have been running the memory at 800 but still crashes during benching.

No, the 680i can run 1066 ram. What are the voltages you have set in the bios?

vcore=1.36
mem=2.2
fsb=1.5

Now, G Skill says to run the mem at 2.3 but I think I read somewhere not to put more than 2.2 to your ram with 680i.
