For Gigabyte P35-GA-DS4 Motherboards (all revisions)![]() This simple tutorial shows how to update your BIOS without using QFlash or the Gigabyte BIOS updater This is a very serious issue I had earlier, luckily I found a way around it, and this is how I did it: I could not update my BIOS from version F8 to F9 because the BIOS updater provided by Gigabyte was not compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit. QFlash also failed me because it did not detect my USB HDD. Step 1: Download and Install the @BIOS utility from here Step 2: Download the latest version of your BIOS. Found here: rev1 rev1.1 rev2 Step 3: Run the .exe and extract to the Desktop Step 4: Run @BIOS and click the button highlighted in red in this screenshot: ------click to enlarge------ ![]() Step 4: Select your BIOS that you extracted to Desktop ------click to enlarge------ ![]() Step 5: @BIOS will now flash your BIOS with the latest version of BIOS you selected. When finished, it will reboot your PC. Thats It. You're done! If you found this tutorial helpful, please leave a thank you!
