No word from ZZfly other than "processing". Expecting to hear something today. No wonder "wait" is a 4 letter word.

Rob, First reports from abroad indicate the wolfies run hot. That's a surprise to me. I'll try and find the thread I read regarding this. (It was on XS I believe). My P5n-t is installed and is rock stable. Sadly it won't oc my 9650 at_all, 0, zip, nada, you get the idea. ![]() I'm giving them (Asus) 7 days. No bios update that works, the board goes back. For now I'm in the "stockyards".

The WD's that I have seen are OK for temps, on H20 ... there are 8400 here but no 8500 so will wait to see. Pity about the Asus, maybe they will get it together but prob. they will wait for their next MB release .... what about FSB, 9x 450 would still be a good start or is it 333x9 only? Quote:

Thats inline with what I have read as well. There is a second revision of the P5N-T that offers compatibility but apparently the first run has the same issues as the asus 680i boards.

Rob doesn't make pointless help threads. Just look at the Asus 680i pages in my link.
