hmmm, maybe i could live with the cooler being slanted the wrong way.
but the True and Ultima90 if mounted horizontally, would make removing ram amazingly tricky =( maybe the tuniq will be more than enough, for an e8400, i dont neccesarily NEED to have 4ghz lol

It will be plenty. You'll most likely exceed voltage limits before heat becomes a factor anyway.

OK, seriously - how did you get the TRUE to fit vertically? The heat pipes just barely don't clear the northbridge and the other heatsink. There is clearly a small gap between the heatsink and cpu.
