hmmm, maybe i could live with the cooler being slanted the wrong way.

but the True and Ultima90 if mounted horizontally, would make removing ram amazingly tricky =(

maybe the tuniq will be more than enough, for an e8400, i dont neccesarily NEED to have 4ghz lol

It will be plenty. You'll most likely exceed voltage limits before heat becomes a factor anyway.

OK, seriously - how did you get the TRUE to fit vertically? The heat pipes just barely don't clear the northbridge and the other heatsink. There is clearly a small gap between the heatsink and cpu.

Can you take a few pictures of attempting to put it on vertically?

If the mounting problem with the TRUE is the same as with the IFX-14 these pics may help you.

I took several pictures, but with all of the glare and shadows, none of them really show the issue.

I'm trying to do exactly what jaybeerex shows in his picture, but the heat pipe on one side touches the northbridge heatsink (just a little, but enough) and the pipe on the other side touches the heatsink that is by the i/o panel (I guess that's the mosfet heatsink?)
