Hey guys, I see CPU VID Special Add, and CPU VTT, but where the hell is just CPU Voltage? It's stuck at 1.2. I've changed the other numbers I mentioned, but the straight up CPU Voltage stays the same. Am I missing something? I bumped the FSB to 400 for the hell of it and almost got into windows ( ). Feels like it needs some more volts. Thanks!

I just bought one of these to replace the Blood Iron I screwed up. Hasn't gotten here yet but it's nice to know this board still has a following. I do plan to OC and this thread should be a great deal of help.

Do yourself a favor and read this info. It's linked on the first page, but I completely missed it.

hello everyone, glad i was able to find this thread through google

I bought this board on ebay, expecting a new E5200 along with OCZ 1066 ram in the mail this week. This setup will be used for a couple of months till i have the funds for a complete high end system.

Im new to intel and overclocking in general, what are the Bios settings i should start with at stock speed, and how should i work my way up? do i actually have any benefit of running 1066 rated ram instead of 800? and how does this matter on a E5200 with a 800fsb.

Looking forward to any input, thanks!

Well it's here and it works, but I probably won't get to overclocking it for a couple of days. It's a bigger board than the Blood Iron and it barely fit in my case. What's with those sata hookups too? Odd place. Nice board though.

Thank you for that- very helpful. I went ahead and did a quick easy 3.2 ghz OC like I had before. I boosted my cpu voltage to 1.36, and it doesn't need to be that high so eventually I'll need to lower it, and my temps are quite low maxing out at 55 degrees under load. I could probably get 3.6 or more out of this chip right now, and eventually I'll give it a go.

I'm impressed by the board so far. It seems to be better for OCing than my Blood Iron was, and I really liked that board too.
