Anyone know how to change the ram to DDR2 1000 in bios? I cant seem to find out how to do it.

800/667, 800/800, 800/1066, 1066/667, 1066/800 etc. When you select one, look on the same page in BIOS and it will show what the RAM speed will be. I do not think there is a setting for 1000, but there is for 1066. If you are OCing, just pick the one that has the RAM closest to wthat you want.

Just try all the dividers until you get your desired ram speed. I don't believe there is a manual way to change it. You have to just mess with the dividers.

hmm, strange. I would assume 800/800 would be 1:1 and give you that.

Well im not overclocked yet. Im just at stock speeds. The ram is at 800 now. Could that be the reason?

yes at the stock settings the board sets the ram at 800MHz or what ever is stock as you oc if you dont change the divider you will go past 800
