Have you adjusted any of the other ram settings? There's quite a bit of stuff that needs to be changed to achieve a stable OC. Check out the guide in my sig if you haven't already.

i don't care about the warranty i want it cool. not knowing what waterblocks are compatible i thought i try air cooling. On Thermalright website that type 3 mosfet coolers are needed. They made a mistake before that type 2 were needed. Alot places just selling 1+2 just my luck. I can get the HR-05 ok though. The amount i have to spend on chipset coolers i'm now thinking get the DFI UT P35 T2R.

I Installed my Tuniq Tower the other night and it overlaps the NB heatsink a bit and pushes down....does this happen to anyone else with TT?
Im sure this is fine just wondering

I put rubber washers on the screws that hold that fan on. It rasied the fan part just enough to clear the NB heatsink. Another member told me it I just forgot who.

Hey guys.. I've installed all my bits, but the system wont post.. The two lights come on when i switch on my PSU (at the bottom and next to the RAM) but nothing happens after powering up the system... it just sits there.

CPU fan spins, HD can be heard..


Any ideas? Need help real fast.

put a 40mm fan on it yeah right on top of the hs /w dual sided tape and it'll be good enuff. it dropped 3c on mines.

glad i was able to help

im still learning this board myself. i can get up to 3.5 GHz stable, but 3.6 requires at least 1.4v and it gets really hot. i might just end up running this at 3.5 24/7 and tweak the memory settings.
