Possibly stupid question about this mobo -- When the front audio is hooked up and a pair of headphones are plugged in via the front of the case does this disable the rear audio ports?

It should do, yeah, should mute the speakers. Provided everything's wired up right.
I cannot justify this with 100% however, as i've never used OnBoard for this mother.

Any special voltages i need to tweak im starting to overclock on this board now so far just upping the vcore to cpu but seems like i need more vcore then i did with my old board ? Right now im at 400x9 for 3600mhz.

I got my e6600 up to 3730 with 1.44vcore on my old ip35-e i needed 1.50 to get that i thk i can muster 3800 out of my 6600 with this board when my gskill ram gets back from rma i hope it will run 1000mhz so i can run high fsb.
