I would email tech at DFI to find out. Even if you get an updated BIOS, you will need a CPU in the board that it recognizes. Otherwise, you won't be able to boot up to do the update. The only other option would be to swap out the BIOS chip. (I am assuming this is for a build you are working on?)

Yes it will. (great overclocking combo there, but the voltage must stay within 120% of original. 45nm does not need, and therefor can not handle, the amount of voltage that we give 65 and 90nm.
