Is there pics or step by step info for me to go through the BIOS and do the changes...Coz i really dont know much...(still learning )
First, if you have not done so, check this out... http://www.legitreviews.com/article/896/13/ This will give you an idea how high you can OC that Q8200 on a good mobo. Go up to a few previous posts and you will see I had directed dan12288 to a couple of sites. You will see my settings for my OC'ed Q9400. You can use this as reference. Also you should be aware of the vdroop in this motherboard...If you like to become more familar, check this out... http://www.thetechrepository.com/showthread.php?t=126 and also read this post...We are explaining our experiences, a few pro's & con's regarding to vdroop...http://my630i.com/very-important-for...oop-t2532.html

Personally, I think the better understanding you have regarding to vdroop, it will make it easier to OC on that XFX 790i Ultra

Oh yeah, regarding your memory, if you want to get the most out of your Q8200, I suggest you look into some PC16000 (2000MHz) memory. You can OC the Q8200 linked & synced with that memory and achieve a much higher OC but remember you will need a very good heatsink to keeo those temps down
