I’m impressed so far, got the new system together Friday nite. Started right up loaded XP to raid0 and I was up and running. After loading all programs and drivers I ran 3dmark06 stock settings score 12536.

Went right to an OC of 3.5 with everything on auto booted up over-clocked the GPU and scored 16486 ran prime95 had some stability issue at 1hr, so after some testing I backed down to 3.4 changed the Vcore to 1.375v changed ram timings to 4-4-4-12 @ 912 and dram to 2.20v.

CPU temps started out @
Low 30c idle room temp 16c, 47c load, as the day went by room temps got up to around 28c and load temp got up to 57c.

Ran prime95 for over 5hrs stable and started gamming 3dmark06 score @ 3.4

Cool man. Sounds about right for a Q6600, but how does the X48 perform? Got temps and voltages for your NB?

Under load, not sure if it matters.. temps SB 28c, NB 36c, 1.46v @ current settings, volts set to auto

I just put my Rampage in yesterday. I haven't OC'd it yet because I'm waiting on my water block to come back from RMA. I have the same cooler on it now as you do (Zalman 9700). That is a damn good score for that card and your chip at only 3.4GHz. It is better than I did with a similar GPU OC and my Q6600 at 3.8GHz on my old P35 board. I can't wait to crank it up that high with this board. So far I really like the features and it was nice getting Stalker and the full version of 3DMark06 with it. Maybe I'll try 3.4GHz tomorrow with the air cooler and see if I get similar results.

Congrats ..I just changed to a True 120 extreme to day so far it cools about the same as the 9700 I'll have to wait until eary AM for the room temp to come down to 20c and see how it does as all the temps I recorded with the 9700 were at 20C, it has been 24c to 26c all day here.

The score I have in my sig is @3.5 that is as high as I OCed so far have it set to 3.4 for 24/7 use.

Those temps are good for that cooler. Hopefully this board will get me to 4GHz with this chip. I might invest in some 1066MHz RAM though just to give me some headroom or play with an 8 multiplier.
