Is anyone else showing way less than 12V on this board (like 7.30) in OCCT, HW monitor etc? Just curious if mine reading 7.30 now is a PSU problem or a board/software problem. It shows 12v in bios just not the software listed above.

Forgot to add: I measured the voltage going into the Video cards and Mobo and both were showing 12.3 volts so I think I am okay in reality.

See Q6600 @ 3.4 link in my sig... Same thing here... Not to worried about it tho, running 2 8800gt's with 5 fans 3 HD's dvd lights etc... no problems.... may be an improper reading...

My GA 965 - S3 was set at 1.4125v in bios and it read 1.42 in windows, this board set at 1.4825 in bios reports 1.44 - 1.46 in windows.....

Is it ok to run the ram with higher clock than cpu.

I was able to boot with 450mhz fsb and 533mhz with the rams. Would i gain any performance this way ?

i don't think there is any performance gain in running RAM higher than CPU.

The CPU and RAM are constantly communicating, so to me it makes sense to run them at the same rated speed.

Also.. I have read benchmarks that lower timings proved better performance than higher clock speeds on RAM...

I would run 1:1 with the CPU and keep timings as tight as possible.

And is yours the LED or NT model? How about lapping?
