yeah, I was optimistic, but I wouldn't recommend the P5Q-E.

i have got a similar problem
my bios crached under your VGA there is a small square battery unplug your power plug and do: take is out and switch the + and - for about 10 s then reput the battery back in normal state and restart your computer and normally your bios resets. hope this will work bye ps sorry for my terrible english
