Those are the settings when it is set to auto.
__________________I cannot set it to 1080mhz, but rather the only option allowed is 1081mhz. Should I be leaving the FSB strap on auto or is there a better setting to use? Also the command rate is 2N correct?

Is your RAM getting enough voltage? The Auto voltage setting tends to undervolt the RAM, and setting it manually tends to overvolt it. So it'll be fun getting that to exactly where it needs to be.

I had my ram set at 2.1v, which was stable for 900mhz, but it would fail in the first 10-15 minutes. I bumped that up to 2.2v which made it stable for about 45 minutes.

There could only 3 things wrong that I can think of. Your ram is failling, your motherboard is failling or maybe your psu. If you have spare parts try those too see if you can determine the cause.

I just ran 3dmark06 and got 13708 marks. Is that an alright-ish score for a 3.6GHz Dual, crap RAM and a modestly overclocked 8800GT?
__________________I'm no noob but I've never taken any synthetic benchmark seriously (real world performance ftw). What I want to know is why (according to futuremark) there are "similarly configured systems" with like 18k+ marks. What's going on?

I don't know enough about 8800GT's to know if that's an OK score, but my guess is those "similar" configs are actually SLI 8800GT's because Futuremark really sucks at figuring that out.
Sorry to hear about the problems BIOS flashing though, I have never had any problems flashing the BIOS on this board, and yes, I am running 0601, it's ok, but frankly, I haven't seen much improvement since 0410 I don't think.
