You're allowed to RMA because of stuck sensors, the question is whether you want to. There's always the probability that the replacement will also have stuck sensors. 3 stuck sensors is pretty bad though (1 would be bearable), so unless the cpu happens to be a golden overclocker I'd RMA it.

why are they stuck??? Those look pretty realistic to me.

Look at the previous page, i showed the big diff between the cores. I ran the sensor check in realtemp and it says that those three cores have 0 movement and core 0 has 8 movement... suggesting that the other cores are stuck

Stuck sensors are common on almost all 45nm chips. If you send your E0 9550 back, you may end up getting a C1 in return....

So you think it will be safe to overclock and rely on just Core 0 temp?

bah, the "big difference" was just at idle, if you do some looking around, you'll see that with 45nm chips, "idle" temps don't mean much.
It is the loads that do. And it doesn't look to me like your sensors are stuck when you have a fairly consistent temp range under load.

also if you want better representation for temps, you should be running small fft's in Prime not blend.

If you want to test for high temp you should use LinX (Linpack with a interface, easier to use then Linpack), Prime or Orthos donīt come close to that temp that LinX produce, run 50 loop or more to test if your system are stable or not.

Intel Burn Test, if you have Windows, will actually drive up your temps to some point where you can tell if the sensors are going to move. It's based on the Linpack benchmark but with optimizations for Intel Core2/Xeon processors written by Intel. Not to mention it's also the fastest way to check for instability while dialing in an OC.
