Ok these two motherboards are completely different beasts (if you want to call them that at all). I want reasons why one board is better over the next please.
All help is appreciated ASUS P5GDC Deluxe http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1...62&modelmenu=1 ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.as...COREDUAL-SATA2 I don't think the P5GDC even takes dual core CPUs but I could be wrong (a BIOS hack or something?)

One reason is Asus is better the ASRock. They both are pretty bad tho. The ASRock even has a VIA chipset.
