Default Random Resets

I've been having random resets on my rig for a while... and I can't seem to get around to troubleshooting it. I got no blank CD's to run memtest or anything and when my rig does reset it does it without a BSOD. This one time I got a BSOD, I managed to take out my camera and get a picture of the BSOD. (sorry for quality but it is readable)

anyone got a clue whats wrong? I suspect the RAM personally. But the mobo may play a large part in this too. I've also herd something about the soundcard that is my integrated doing something like this too..
Or maybe this BSOD has nothing to do with the resets.. who knows its computing! One of the least predictable things known to man if you ask me...

more info on the problem when I suspected my videocard, but suspicions have changed... http://www.overclock.net/ati/355224-...resetting.html

Also I am looking for a program that allows me to boot ISO's off a USB device, any help is appreciated.

Well, that IS a memory stop code, but then again, so are most of the stop codes. What you want to do is just google the code, and your buddy Microsoft will have a site somewhere on the first page describing what it means. After that, you can take the necessary actions to fix your afflicted PC. This has worked for me several times in the past, so I hope that helps!

Does this occur when your pc is overclocked? These BSODs could be triggered by system instability.

it happens when the PC us overclocked or not (it didn't start happening after an overclock)

But I can't achieve a high of OC as I used to be able to now...

I tried pulling one of my DIMM's and I got the reset still. I then tried the other one alone, same reset.

CAUSE
Stop error 0x0000000A (Stop 0x0A) indicates that there was an attempt in kernel mode to touch pageable memory at too high a process internal request level (IRQL). Typically, this error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other possible causes of this error are an incompatible device driver, a general hardware problem, and incompatible software.
I've herd that my soundcard's drivers do this sometimes. I also had a problem with them when I installed windows XP again. Here's the thread: http://www.overclock.net/sound-cards...o-manager.html
