Thanks
Offically supports 1066 ram, different (better) bios, 2 extra sata ports. I would just wait for the plus... it can't be very far away....

edit: 700 epic toasts!

I tried T2 dispatch and it didn't do anything.

I also changed something that had to do with channel "skew" and it didn't change it.

edit: It only took me 58 minutes of messing in the bios.

The setting for this board is in the advanced section of the Bios. Under "clock setting fine delay" if you scroll all the way to the bottom there are two entries.

Channel 1 command to CS delay
Channel 2 command to CS delay

Set these to 2CLK
After experimenting further this does not cause the ram to be set to 2T. I changed this setting back to 1 CLK and it still is choosing 2T. Even with EVERY Ram option in the bios is set to default and its choosing 2T.

Before, with every ram option set to default it was choosing 1T. Gonna have to email DFI..

Ok I've hit a wall in my OCing efforts. I can't get past 3.42GHz without lockups in games. Thing is, prime95 is still 8 hours stable, but games will lock up in a matter of minutes. I'm really inexperienced with the DFI BIOS, so i thought someone could help me out here. I've really only changed a few settings:

All that thermal management stuff is off
CPU vcore is at 1.42v
CPU VTT (FSB, correct?) is at 1.3v
NB is at 1.3v
The RAM is running at 760MHz (800MHz RAM, so it's below stock speed) in the 400/800 strap at stock volts (1.9v)

I think that's all i've changed. Am I missing something here, and it is ok to go higher on the NB and VTT voltage?

NB could quite possibly need more volts... I am not sure about the VTT but I don't believe that it is the FSB, i could be wrong however.

Ah ok i'll try more volts on the NB, but what's the safe amount of voltage for it if i'm using the stock chipset cooler?

Only the T2RS+ has the yellow connector there. The pic in the OP is of the plus board.
