Hmmm....
Decent DDR3 for $250 or so? I was looking at these G.Skill though I am more of a fan of Mushkin and Corsair (from my experience). I'm pretty sure all my current waterblocks would fit nicely on this board. (EK Mosfet, NB, SB and D-Tek Fuzion). Arrghh...I hate the temptation... What are you going to do with Nehalem, Robilar? Skip it?

I have always liked GSkill, and the OCZ's I have now are really nice, but i seemed to always have to RMA OCZ ram. The maximus Extreme has a nasty habit of overvolting the ram by .5v, and i think that fried one set of them. Here is the pair of OCZ ram i have. $220 after rebate.

Well, Robilar, if you get the itch to get rid of this board, I'm local and I pay cash

I ended up ordering OCZ because the only way to get Gskill is to order from NCIX or Infonec (and infonec takes two weeks to get it in).

I PM'd the guy at XS that has it on his board. Once he posts back, I'll put it in this thread. I'm going to measure the thread holes to see if all other NB blocks will fit as well

Not sure. I've had some good sets. No defects yet.

This board needs some serious prepping before use.
__________________Cleaning off the nb and sb (two sides for the nb) of whatever mystery crap they used took me over an hour. attempting to get the backplate on my TRUE to be high enough to miss the chip on the back of the board was a failure. I'd either have to order the Xigmatek backplate (4 days to wait) or hack a hole in the centre of my TRUE backplate. So I drilled multiple holes in the "steel" backplate, bent metal out with pliers and now I'm in the process of filing a smooth rectangle. Guess its just as well I don't have the ram until tomorrow...
