Here are the specs from the included manual:
__________________Supreme FX X-Fi Audio Card ADI 2000B 8-channel HD Audio CODEC EAX Advanced HD 4.0 X-Fi CMSS 3D X-Fi Crystalizer Creative Labs Alchemy Suppors 1x S/PDIF out header Supports Coaxial/Optical S/PdIF Out ports on rear In the manual (didn't think to look there until later...), Section 4.3.3, there are 4 pages of instructions on the use of the Creative sound card and the included suite of apps for it including things like Equalizer, X-Fi crystalizer etc. I am not certain how this compares to the current line of X-Fi cards (I'm not an audiophile) but it certainly no longer qualifies as an onboard soundcard. It's essentially a PCI-E 1x Creative X-Fi sound card.

Have you done some Everest Memory benchmark with FSB 400 ram 1600 yet?
Just curious to compare that with my Rampage Formula, DDR2 vs DDR3 you know.
