I'm currently planning on rebuilding my current system, though rebuilding is a bit misleading, as I'm replacing just about everything.

I've decided on nearly all of the parts save for the motherboard. I'm looking for an LGA775 board for under $100, which supports FSB up to at least 1333, and memory speed up to at least 1066, but preferably higher. The board must also be well-suited for overclocking. Asking a lot for under $100? Probably, but that's why I'm asking for your input. I intend to pair the board with either an Core 2 E7xxx or E8xxx CPU.

I'd been considering the Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L, but heard some unpleasant things about v-droop while using it, so now I'm back to square one.

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L is a good board i had a e8400 oc to 3.8ghz stable.
