HI ya
I brought a P5E3 DELUXE today. but it is no working. i installED 1 X INTEL CORE 2 QUAD 2.83GHz (Q9550) 2 X CORSAIR XMS3 PC3-10666 (1333MHz) 2X2GB [B1,B2 Slot] 1 X SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 4870 1 X Tt throughPOWER 550w 4 X WD 750G HD I start the computer, it shows that the CPU is not supported, please update the BIOS, i press the F1 try to get into BIOS and upload the BIOS ROM from my usb pen, but the keyboard was dead, whatever how i PRESS it ,it wont work, i thought it could be some problem of the keyboard, however it hasnt. after that, i restart the PC and i only got black screen, no beep. I reset CMOS for this problem. follow the instration on page: 2.6 of manual. But It is still black screen and no beep. I google it and found out it is an old bios problem, but how to set the new bios if screen is black and the keyboard is not respones? If I take off the keyboard and/or video card, black screen and no beep I change a slot to put my video card in, black screen and no beep I put a ATI 1950 XT card in, black screen and no beep. what should i do now? i dont have time to return it and swap a new one (it could take a week to process the return item). dead line of the course work is 2 weeks ahead.

You need to use another CPU so that you can boot and update your BIOS. Then your new CPU will be supported.

Buy something like a pentium 4 or a pentium dual core. Something really cheap and then as K3VL4R mentioned update the BIOS and then put in your Q9550.
