Default msi neo3 fr giving me a hard time

This thread is a recap of one of my previous ones. The issues that i have with this board are still unresolved so once again i turn to the ocn crowd for some assistance.

Short oversight of the problems:

The board in question is the MSI Neo3 fr ver 1.0. The problems occur when i try to alter my voltage settings, they are all greyed out and cannot access them.
Board 1 wich is still in my possesion has some bend pins but it faced the same bios related problem.

Steps taken so far:

Updated Amibios to version 1.5 (no luck there)
Taken out all ram but one, flashed bios again but still nothing
Made sure i loaded optimezed settings after bios update, nothing
Removed all attached hardware but memory, psu, gpu and floppy drive

After some mailing back and forth with msi taiwan i'm still left with a unstable system due to rated voltage on my ram (2.1) It only receives 1.92 from the auto setting so bsod's galore

At the moment i'm waiting for another mail from the tech support of msi but i doubt they will suggest anything that resolves my problem.

Question, Am i overlooking something? been ravashing trough my bios countless times, took everything needed of auto (speedstep etc)

dunno . i'd suggest an RMA but then you'd need a reason

can't stand MSI boards - mine is going in for RMA tomorrow.

Msi netherlands refused an rma on both boards without written approval from msi taiwan.
They'll need to show some customer support soon or else i'm sinking both boards in the nearest pond and get myself a gigabyte p45.
Patience is running out very quicky now.

No thanks to the horrid customer service of MSI i got my problem solved!
After digging trough numerous pages about the neo3 fr i ran into a comment stating "voltage control is only accessable with the - and + on your keypad"
This little gimmick is nowhere to be found in the user manual or in bios settings itself.
So hurray for me, finally overclocking like it should, now running 3.0 stable and rising.
