Yeah for the most part. It makes you work for everything that is for sure. I have gotten it higher (3.5) but it wasn't stable. working on a stable 3.4 atm

When they made the P5E they literally reused the Maximus Formula PCB and stuck a sticker over "MAXIMUS FORMULA" which has "P5E" printed on it.
