Arrow Asus RMA Experience?

I'm going to RMA my P5Q-Deluxe, but this is the first time I've RMA'ed something with Asus...

How are they in terms of speed? Has anyone had good or bad experiences with them?

I just want to get an idea of when I should expect the board after sending it out, as I'll be without a decent computer for that time...

They are fast. Takes like a week max when they receive it, and i got mine shipped back with 2 days fedex shipping. Im in Toronto also! I shipped my maximus formula back with no copper to save money on shipping(yes im cheap) and they shipped me back a brand new board! They are top notch!

Have you tried reflashing or asking them to send you a new BIOS chip?

My Asus RMA took about 3 weeks to complete. (I got a P5E replaced last month.)

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

Bios flash failed
took about 4-5 months to get back the mobo....
I live in Canada though, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference.
This is just my story though.

I've already tried switching the primary and secondary BIOS chip on the board, and still a no go... I'm not 100% sure its the BIOS chip itself, so I want to make sure that its fixed...

Ouch, any reason why it took so long? Did they just hold it for no reason?
