Most people are going to recommend the Gigabyte UD3P/R since the sky is the limit overclocking on that board. The Asus P5Q boards are pretty good but im not sure which one is the best of the bunch though

Gigabyte mobos looks awesome.

Any specific models?

Hows these:

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128358

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128359

Whats with the reviews about having to adjust the Voltage on the RAM? would this be hard to do?

I just put together a rig with the ASUS P5Q Pro and I'm loving it. It has a ton of features in the BIOS for OC'ing but I think I'm going to leave my Q6600 stock for now and see how it does. I put in my vote for that board, and it's only $125 I think. I will find you a link here in a bit.

For Asus board, go for Asus P5Q-e. For Gigabyte board, EP45-UD3P. At $115, UD3P is my vote.

Here you go

Edit: I should also add that I had no problems with installing this board. It POST'ed fine, setup RAID0 just like it should on the first shot and is loving 64bit Vista. As of this post I need to update my sig but it will be done here in a little bit.

I was going to get the Asrock one with a 2000mhz FSB but ended up getting a Phenom II instead.

Here is my pick: DFI p45 Dark

I have the P35 Dark, which I can personally vouch for, and it is awesome. However, the P45 is also a great board.
