First set your PCIe to either 100 or 102, 103 will cause issues and quite frankly 100 is fine unless you are trying to go over 220. Second, if this is not a D0 stepping set your multi to x19, if it is a D0 stepping then leave it at x20, either way turbo will take you to x21 in Windows. The reason for the voltage fluctuations is that you have EIST on, which needs to be on for turbo to work, but this will dial your CPU back when it is idling and you will see drops in voltages. Put your vcore voltage at +120mv and your CPU VTT at +60mv, this should be plenty for that speed. Try these first and let us know what happens.

PPM and EIST on? These will change your multi.

I just installed the SB X-Fi Driver from the Bloodrage CD. Activated it and restarted my computer.
When I try to open up Creative Audio Console it gives me the message: Quote:

Try compatibility mode or admin mode. That may fix the issues.

Did a search and couldn't find any info on it... how does the included NB waterblock hold up? Known for leaking, exploding, dividing by zero?
