I have not updated the bios ever since i bought this board, should i update to the latest or update them step by step ?

Also does bios have anything to do with my unstable overclock ? respond quickly please because i am about the bios right now.

Modify the option string "Disable" to "Disabled" on CPU C-State Capability Item.
Hide CPU C State Item when CPU doesn't support C2-C4 states.
Fix Intel E5200 CPU L2 cache information may be shown incorrctly in SETUP.
Hide CPU Multiplier item for ratio locked CPU.
Fix CMOS checksum error when changing CPU from higher C state (C4) to lower C state (C2).
Allow C state item to be enabled when EIST is disabled.
Fix CPU Lockfree function may fail to function.
