Do any bloodrage owner here have a heatkiller?

You can get a back plate for it (http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/prod...oducts_id=1082) but im thinking that it won't fit on the bloodrage as it hase that big slab of copper on the underside of the socket.

At microcenter its 199 for pick up only, wish i could get a D0 but can not because my wife will kill me . I won't be able to justify the buy...lol...

I live in WA, so no Microcenter. A lot of my family lives in California and Texas, but most of them dont have time to go get me computer parts.

Are you trying to update your BIOS? If so, get the newest one and follow this guide:

This is the only good way to flash a BIOS in my opinion. But be careful, flashing a BIOS can turn out bad if not done right.

But doesnt the Bloodrage have two BIOS areas just in case? What can happen if not done right?

Actually that is a good point! Just follow the thread I linked and you will be fine. Make sure you switch the second slot before flashing just in case.
