Well, to be honest......I didn't post em because the OS won't let me load Vantage again. Quadfire 4890's are brutal on the rig and I corrupted Vista again....reinstall time.

BTW, that is incredible benching on a 920. Did you do the Bloodrage transistor voltmod to get higher PCIE frequency than 102?

Yeah, I noticed your updated scores Patch. Nicely done. My bloodrage is doing 103 pcie, it seems to be stable enough to bench at 103 vs 102 for some reason. I haven't done the mod, I'm hoping Foxconn will include full pcie adjustment soon with a new bios. I might re-do some benches later tonight. I'm sure I can get my 4870x2's higher than 832/1000 I have the software volt mod, but haven't went any higher than 1.3v, I might try for 1.4-1.5

BTW Patch, good job getting the quad 4890's working on the Bloodrage. Should post it up on OCN too.

Very nice gbrilliantq. I haven't been able to get PCIE 103 to work on my 920. I'll blame the fact that it's a C0. It can get to 4.7 ghz, but no way can it bench there.

I'm not touching the volts on these 4890's and I'm keeping fairly low clocks. They suck so much power as it is, I don't want to blow something. (At least until I get some really good scores, at least ). It kind of creeps me out how I have to overvolt things just to get it to boot into windows at stock speeds...

I really love this board. It's much more fun to overclock than the Classified.

We should just consolidate the other thread with this one ;p

I was able to get 4.4 right out of the box with the new D0. Couldn't get anything higher last night, but not sure if I had every setting right. Will keep trying throughout next week and such.

I hit 27500 in 06 with my two GTX295's, after I disabled NIS 2009. Before I was 26000 and lower, so I want to keep pushing these girls to do better.

So just booted my rig up outside my case and damn this feels so much better than my E8400

I did have an issue with the drivers of the disk provided, being that it didn't show any. Is this just because im using w7 you think?

Another thing, im running at stock (2.66ghz) and my idles are 75c (28c ambient) don't think much of the stock cooler.

It's definitely a w7 issue. I can not see the drivers on the disk under w7 either. I was also unable to install the Creative X-Fi drivers under w7 as I can't see them. Does anyone know which ones I should be using?

As for 3DMark06, I'm just about to break 30k with my setup at 4.2Ghz and my 4870x2's at stock settings. I know I can get more out of it once I have more time to mess with it!

I had some 4870's but I went back to nvidia for the 3d gaming...

I am pretty disappointed by the gtx295's benchmarking ability. Oh well. Hope the 300's come out soon.
