So I am going to get either the Asus P6T Deluxe or Gigabyte EX58-UD4P. Which one will be better for OC??

Or I might get the Bloodrage since I dont think I'll use more than 12 gigs of ram

Asus P6T Deluxe with this combo if you haven't bought your i7 chip and RAM already
$105 Discount!

Or if you have the RAM already, this $35 discount combo.

Or if you have the i7 CPU already, this $50 discount combo.

If you have everything and all you need is the Motherboard then here's the link, $289 free shipping

Only reason I dont want the Bloodrage is because its more for hardcore oc and I read a lot that its better when water cooling is used.

Works fine for me on air cooling. The classified on the other hand, you probably won't get your money's worth on air, but the bloodrage...it's not that expensive anyway.

Will it be easy for a noob to oc on the Bloodrage?

Only reason I'm leaning towards the Bloodrage is because not that many people have had issues with it unlike the Asus and Gigabyte boards I'm looking at. I have until next week or so to decide.

Its extremely easy to overclock. Especially if you get a D0 chip.

My cousin was a complete beginner in PC building, and even newer to the idea of OCing, and he managed to get 4ghz on the i7 920 with a UD4P mobo.

It doesn't take an Einstein Genius to pull it off.
