Which is the best board for a beginner to learn how to OC and etc. A lot of people like the Asus board, and I'm reading the black EVGA one is basically this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813188046) but without the longer warranty.

Bloodrage FTW. In that price range the Bloodrage is definitely your best bet.
p.s. The EVGA LE series is nowhere near as good as the regular tri-sli series.

for beginner overclocking i would go with either this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813188049 or this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128374 both will work great. personally i would go with the evga one but the gigabyte one is just as good.

The bloodrage is easy to learn. Plus with a i7 920 D0, you really don't have to mess with much to get a decent overclock.

I'm reading on Toms Hardware about MSI boards, and they love them. But I dont want to order my CPU or MOBO online because I'm worried they will come DOA, so I'm looking at these boards Frys has.

At that price range, I'd still go with the bloodrage, unless you need 12 GB of RAM for some reason.
