Did you get a good close sniff of the PS... try that at the rear/exhaust side.

BTW, filling in your "System Specs" via the USER CP is helpful

If it is a bad capacitor, which you might be able to visibly find, you could always just replace that capacitor if you have any soldering skills. Only do this if you can't RMA the board though.

I'd give it a good look over to see if you can find any burnt/discolored capacitors, resistors, etc...

Alright, I will look for that. I cannot return it, so I might just solder it.

And I would like to thank you guys for helping me.

I hope to read more from you all.

Now, I need to find some money to buy the new motherboard.
