Hey Two Cables, think i figured it out. I put a different hard drive in and reinstalled everything and so far no problems at all. Guess the hard drive had bad sectors on it or something?? It wasnt letting the system retrive information from the drive causing it to just freeze. Funny it would defrag and chkdsk fine. Never had that one happen before.

Hmm, if it wasn't letting the system retrieve information, then I suppose the HDD was dying or something. But regardless; it's working now!

I don't know about you, but there's no feeling in the world like having a computer that's working properly!

Hey Two Cables I guess I was counting chickens before they hatched. It ended up starting that crap all over again??? Im beginning to think something is wrong with the mobo. Only thing is, is ive bought 3 different mobos in four months on this build and they have all done this same thing??? Dont think Ill buy another SLI board. Still dont understand why all 3 have had the same problem??? Thats why I was wondering if there is something in the bios that needed configured that I wasnt doing???

I have to restart it about 5 times to get to load windows. When it does load and you get going on it, it freezez up again
If it freezes in windows, it sounds like a driver problem.

Which NVIDIA driver version have you been using? To see the actual version number, open the NVIDIA Control Panel, and then click System Information located on the bottom-left. The driver version is the first thing listed in the System Information.

Hmm. Then perhaps 186.18 isn't a good driver. How long have you been using it?
